Comfortable rooms, good food and friendly staff.

The hotel advertises free parking - but the space is severely limited due to the absence of parking lines and when the hotel is busy with a function. For example, the parking experience is horrendous! We gave up and decided to park elsewhere.

I had such a great time exploring Stirling, with a comfortable stay that was perfectly positioned just a few steps away from the Thistles Shopping Centre and the vibrant local cafés and restaurants. Honestly, it made a world of difference for enjoying endless walks through the city and its historic sites, especially with the bed being comfy enough for a good night's sleep after long days out and about. The staff were friendly and helpful too .

Staff were not happy when we arrived at 10.05am for breakfast, that finished at 10.15am. Would rather not eat feeling like we are being frowned at. We had a quick breakfast and left quickly. Not great!
